Data deletion
How to ask us to delete your data, depending on your relationship with the platform. Every request is handled within 30 days at most.
If you are a customer (agency or agent)
You can delete leads directly from your panel — deleting one also removes its conversations, notes and meetings, and cancels any active calendar events. To delete your entire account, with all the leads, conversations and meetings belonging to your organisation, write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with.
If you were contacted by a real estate agency
The agency you spoke with is the controller of your data: you can ask them to delete it directly. You can also write to us at [email protected] giving the phone number or email address you were contacted on; we will verify the request and delete your data from that agency's panel.
Data coming from Meta
If your data reached us through a Meta Lead Ads form or a WhatsApp conversation, the same routes apply: the request deletes the lead along with its form and its messages. This page is the data deletion reference for the integrations with Meta's platforms.
